The Trade Centre Group PLC Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2023-2024.

This statement sets out the steps that The Trade Centre Group PLC (TTCG, we, our) has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking occurring within any part of our business and supply chains pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and includes our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking policy.

The Trade Centre Wales and The Trade Centre UK are trading styles of TTCG, a company registered in England and Wales, registration number 4921555.  We operate as a used motor vehicle retailer trading from two retail sites in Wales and four in England.

We employ around 700 staff who are based at our retail sites or at nearby ancillary support sites.  We use a wide variety of national and local suppliers to source goods for resale, vehicle parts, services and equipment for the operation of our business.  The complex nature of our supply chain makes checking for illegal activity challenging.  However, the directors have put checks in place that reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chain.

Our Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to acting transparently, ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to ensuring slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere within our business or in our supply chains.
