Trade Centre UK brings Christmas cheer to Wednesbury

To mark the start of the festive season, Trade Centre UK is sponsoring the Gallagher shopping park Christmas extravaganza.

On Saturday, 7^th December, Wednesbury’s shopping complex was transformed into a Christmas getaway with attractions for all the family.

Located under 10 minutes away from Trade Centre UK’s Wednesbury used car showroom, the day-long event invited shoppers to a pop-up Christmas market, where they watch Sam Aston, the actor who plays Coronation Street’s Chesney, oversee the main attraction – the lighting of the Christmas tree.

The event, sponsored by Trade Centre UK, drew families and friends alike to take part in festivities which featured fire eaters, helter skelter, bouncy castles, and the chance to meet characters from Disney’s ‘Frozen’ or visit Santa’s grotto.

Spencer Thrower, event manager for the Christmas extravaganza, said: “We were thrilled when Trade Centre came forward with their kind donation towards the stage entertainment costs. Having support from businesses like Trade Centre UK means that we can host the most fun-packed events for all the family so we’re extremely grateful for the support."
